Muffins

For dinner I made muffins and they turned out really good. Here is my favorite recipe:

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1-2 tablespoons of sugar

1 egg

1 cup milk

1/4 cup oil

Mix dry ingredients and them add in remaining ingredients. Stir only until combined; longer mixing makes muffins tough. Fill nonstick muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes. It makes about 12-15 muffins.

I am excited to try this recipe. We got a wheat grinder for Christmas and I have been trying to find excuses to use it. By the way, cute blog.
